Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please review the following policy:

1. Time Frame

Customers may request a return or exchange within (7) days from the date of receiving the order.

2. General Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in their original condition (unused and not worn in a way that affects their condition).
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of use, odors (perfume/detergent), or damage caused by misuse or improper handling will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items with removed tags or labels.
  • Personal items such as underwear, for hygiene reasons.

4. Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Items

  • If the item received has a manufacturing defect or differs from the order, the store will cover all shipping costs.
  • The customer must notify customer service within (48) hours of receiving the order, providing clear photos of the issue.
  • The customer may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

5. Shipping Costs

  • General cases: The customer bears the shipping costs (both ways) if the return or exchange is requested without any defect in the product.
  • Promotional offers: If free shipping was provided as part of a promotion and the customer requests a return (full or partial), the store reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from the refunded amount.

  • The customer must contact customer service to initiate a return or exchange request.
  • A shipping label will be provided, or pickup will be arranged with the shipping company.
  • Once the product is received and inspected by our quality team, the return or exchange process will be completed.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The refund process may take (7–15) business days after approval, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors from the store).
