Return & Exchange Policy

- Items must be in their original condition (unused and not worn in a way that affects their condition).
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items showing signs of use, odors (perfume/detergent), or damage caused by misuse or improper handling will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items with removed tags or labels.
- Personal items such as underwear, for hygiene reasons.
4. Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Items
- If the item received has a manufacturing defect or differs from the order, the store will cover all shipping costs.
- The customer must notify customer service within (48) hours of receiving the order, providing clear photos of the issue.
- The customer may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
5. Shipping Costs
- General cases: The customer bears the shipping costs (both ways) if the return or exchange is requested without any defect in the product.
- Promotional offers: If free shipping was provided as part of a promotion and the customer requests a return (full or partial), the store reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from the refunded amount.
6. Process
- The customer must contact customer service to initiate a return or exchange request.
- A shipping label will be provided, or pickup will be arranged with the shipping company.
- Once the product is received and inspected by our quality team, the return or exchange process will be completed.
7. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- The refund process may take (7–15) business days after approval, depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors from the store).
